Le samedi 22 mars avait lieu la journée mondiale de l'eau. Une bonne occasion de revenir sur ce thème central du développement durable.
L'eau est l'élément qui permet la vie sur Terre, et l'eau potable est rarement disponible en quantité suffisante. Pour autant ceux qui y ont accès facilement ne boivent pas assez.
En effet, de nombreuses études montrent que 80% des personnes ayant un accès facile à l’eau n’en boivent pas assez. Vous avez besoin de preuves ? ... Combien de fois avez-vous soif dans la journée ?!
Comme nous le savons tous, boire de l’eau est primordial pour survivre car :
- 50 000 milliards de cellules contiennent les 2/3 de l’eau détenu par notre corps
- L’eau représente 60% de notre poids total. Une perte de 10 à 15% peut nous tuer.
- On ne peut vivre plus de 5 jours sans boire.
De toutes les boissons, l’eau est celle que préfère notre corps. Durant une nuit de repos, nous perdons environ un demi-litre d’eau : logiquement nous devrions donc boire immédiatement en nous levant et avant même de manger quoi que ce soit. Premier conseil...
Notre corps est bel et bien un moteur qui marche à l’eau: sans aucun effort, nous perdons 1,2 litres d’eau par jour et cette quantité doit être récupérée pour rester en bonne santé physique.
Pour cette raison je souhaite vous faire part d'une découverte séduisante et enthousiasmante...Deuxième conseil...
Allez sur le site Idrate.net (site en anglais) et téléchargez la petite bulle. Elle vous fera boire, ce qui est bon pour votre santé mais surtout... à chaque clic de remplissage vous offrirez de l'eau à l'autre bout du monde gratuitement à ceux qui n'en ont pas (j'ai testé pour vous...pas de virus!).

La bulle se vide et se remplit en 2 temps. A chaque fois qu'elle est vide, ou à moitié remplie, elle réapparait automatiquement sur votre écran pour vous rappeler de de vous hydrater (ça apparaît plus souvent que je n'avais l'habitude de boire!). Une fois le verre bu, il suffit de double-cliquer sur la bulle et elle se remplit. Le clic est directement comptabilisé pour la redistribution d'eau à ceux qui en manquent.
